Check out your local newspaper or contact the game company directly via their HR website. If not, cold call them and ask for the HR representative for game testing/QA and submit your resume or an application for consideration. Sometimes the game companies will have open houses or job fairs. Worked for me! I was employed by EA Sports but not in QA. I was their meeting coordinator and a facilities technician. I'd take something away for a set amount of time, like a video game, skates, going to a friend's house, the phone whatever she's into. If she lashes out or uses the word, add a day or add an item. That way, no one has to be spank or worry about being kicked back, and she'll get the point that there are consequences. If you think she'll climb up in the closet or just go get the item back, take it to someone's house, like your parents or lock it in the trunk of the car. This worked really well when my sister and i were slamming our bedroom doors as teenagers. Our mom actually took our doors off our hinges (actually she supervised and made us do it) for a whole month and we had to wait to change our clothes in the bathroom and there was no privacy. We had to put them back on ourselves (VERY HARD TO DO) and we were very careful never to slam our doors in anger again.
