hi, the led lights market has different quality level. First you should know the quality level you need. And good quality is based on two important factor: 1. chips (superior quality chip brands are Nichia, CREE,LUMIleds; Epistar, Everlight Taiwan brand comes next, Chinese local brand the third). the better quality the chip is, the higher price it will be. Even though Chinese loacl brand chip is very expensive, but you can find good quality one if you are lucky. 2. driver: The best is Mean well from Taiwan. There also some good other brand in China like UE, DELTA. The most advantage for good chip and driver are longer lifespan, lower light decay. Hope my answer can help you in a sense.
