There's no such thing as an Internet Explorer proxy or a Mozilla proxy. A proxy is just a website that can be accessed from any Internet browser.
I once threw a screwed up piece of paper right across the office into a waste paper basket. No one else was around but I still felt like a rebel.
The rollers are probably dirty or vulcanized. If they are dirty, you can clean them with with some alcohol and cotton swabs. If they are vulcanized, you would have to replace the rollers. They are probably not worth replacing though and if they are vulcanized then I would replace the whole printer. Vulcanized means rubber that is hardened, dried, and possibly cracked.
probably the wheels that pull the paper through are dirty. try cleaning them with alcohol on a q tip.
