Question:

where should i stick my poster?

im a tutor and on this wednesday, i will start advertising my tuition posters in my neighbourhoodbut i dont know where to stick itwhere should i stick my posters where people/parents can see/notice?a) near the elevatorsb) near the mailboxc) stairsd) other places

Answer:

In my opinion sticking posters on public amenities like elevators / public phone booths / stair case is a form of vandalismMost of the time, people do not even bother to take a second look at posters posted on these places ( and might not even respect the person who pasted the posted ) If you were serious in advertising your service, then do it properlySpend a little sum to design a flyer ( i am sure you could do it yourself ) and then get it printed by a printing companyAfter that you could either get someone to distribute the poster to homes in your neighbourhood ( normally the printing company would arrange it for you for a fee )It is not that expensive, only 1 or 2 sen per copy ( depending on the number of copies )Alternatively, go to your nearest newspaper vendor and get him to insert your flyer into the newspapers before distributionIf you do not want to spend the money on distribution, then you can do it yourselfFor example during your evening walk, just bring some flyers and put them in mail box of houses in your neighbourhoodBelieve me, you'll get more response by doing this rather than putting on your posters somewhere ( unless your poster is a very big one or a banner )At the same time, go to the 7-11 outlet, paste one of your posters there or you could also do it in the post office.
Eat the skins of fruit and drink more waterhow often do you expect to go? have your eating habits changed? I find wheetabix to be excellend addition and check the fibre content of food for example a bran english muffin has about 2 times the fibre of some breads per serving if you are concerned about anything go to your doctor!
You are probably not drinking enough of water, with a high fiber diet, you need to drink a lot of waterYou should be drinking at least 64 ounces of water dailyThere are cereals on the market high in fiber such as fiber one and also cheeriosEating a lot of fiber in the diet will constipate you unless you drink a lot of waterYou could cut back on the amount of fiber that you are eating and see if that will solve your problemBut, you have to drink plenty of water to keep your digestive system working properlyTry eating whole grain products, such as bread and cerealStay away from white flour and sugar products and see if that will help
sometimes fiber messes up my digestive systemI get very sick after eating almonds or a saladMaybe your problem isn't fiberI recoment dannon activia
