Since you like track, why don't you start running after/before school? If you have a friend who enjoys it as well, set up a work-out routine where the two of you go jogging 3-5 times a weekOtherwise, you could use Google maps or Mapquest to plan out a route, share it with your family so they know where you are, and slowly increase the distance (say, from one mile to five)Now, with that said.eighty-eight pounds sounds very unrealistic, especially since you're at 137 right nowHow tall are you? First of all, do not stop eating, you will get bloated from all the water weight and get sickTry eating healthier foods such as a banana or an apple instead of cookies and cakeThen, if possible at school, eat only when you are hungryThis will keep your metabolism high, making you burn more caloriesTry to walk a lot throughout your day and keep hydratedKeep in mind, the weight won't just fall of like that, it wil take some timeGood luck!
