Where would be the BEST place to buy this fabric (with cost being considered)?
I am going to say thrift stores and your own closet ,fabric for clothing and yarn,ribbon,ric rack.even the stuffing can be recycled from old throw pillows or stuffed toys.just make sure what you start with is what you use for the complete dollJoann's store, body fabric,see if there is a coupon to be printed from website or your newspaper.
