what do you mean? they only carry creme developer by the 10's like 20,30,40,50,60 e.t.c. there's no 46 or 47 you have to be more detailed with your question,which hair color process are you using?
Usually the lowest number is lighter, so 46 would be lighter. But don't hold it against me. :)
