Does R-15 high performance insulation that is 3 1/2quot; thick provide much more value than R-11 which is also 3 1/2quot; thick?
Preferably wax paper but possibly try a fine coating of 'Pam' cooking spray on the foil If you don't have pam then buy wax paper.
