latceny = lat. lower the better bus speed = pc2 6400, pc5300. the higher the better cas timing = 5-5-5-15, 4-4-4-12, lower the better. if you look at these two charts it might help you but second option has quicker latency but slower bus so i say the difference between seek times is minimal but the faster bus speed i would personally pick b/c 800mhz (pc2 6400) better to overclock on.
