You should definitly see a marked increase from the upgrade. but do know that AGP is a dying socket that in many ways is still around, but is being slowly phased out by 16x PCI express. Overall the biggest bottleneck for you is going to come from your processor and the amount of ram you have. You should be able to play many games out today with this series card but it too is a dying breed and is soon becomeing a dinosaur.
