There is no such thing as a free dog. You need to be able to afford the required vet care or you should not get a dog at all. Nothing is sadder than seeing a pup die because a new owner couldn't afford medical care or even the basic vaccines Pets are a privileged and a luxury. Don't get them if you can't afford to care for them as they deserve.
Can't afford to buy a dog - can't afford vet care. This is NOT the classifieds. Look elsewhere.
As PomMom said, if you can't afford to pay at least an adoption fee, you can't afford to care for a dog.
Why dont you check petfinder or craigslist. But you may have to pay a small rehoming fee.. Very few dogs are free.
