I keep seeing sofa adverts using the Royal Wedding as a reason why we should get a new sofa. Are people actually doing this?

Yes, I purchased a sleek Italian sofa so I could view the wedding on the telly. I certainly wouldn't want to view the Royals from a tattered couch with no springs. The very thought makes me shudder! What would Kate think if she found out?
