Question:

Who should my style icon(s) be?

my style changes a lot, although it's always kept modest (as in I would never dress slutty). I believe in dressing femininely but I like some punk stuff like studs and safety pin shirts. I also love romantic/ethereal clothing like flowy dresses, lace up victorian boots, corset vests, etc. here are some pieces I love:combat bootsskinny jeansbermuda shorts50s dressesflatsberetstrench coatshippie skirtspearlslocketsconverse sneakersbutton down shirtssweetheart neckline shirts and dressesfloral sundressesbow headbandsgirly stuff in generalI am usually against trends but occasionally there are some I like. I hate edgy/wild clothes like Rihanna wears. Thanks!

Answer:

You don't have a case because they figured out to send you home first and then later fire you. They will always say that you no feeling well was not why they fired you. Probable they already wrote it down on their computer.
you will lose a lot of money to your lawyer and lose or you can hire a really expensive lawyer and lose a whole lot more money and win less than a quarter you paid your lawyer.
You were fired for cause so you can sue but you won't win.
It might have reset or something, that's all I can think of, unless it runs on batteries and just needs a refill! If it were really going off, it would have made a much more obnoxious noise, I know mine does.
What would the basis for your lawsuit be? You can be fired at any time for no reason at all. They could fire you and simply say that your services were no longer necessary. Here, you were given a specific task to do. You refused to do it. You were properly fired. You don't have the right to be employed there.
