I am always coldI have to sleep with 3 blankets, sweatshirt, sweatpants, and a space heater has to be on or I shiverEspecially my feet and hands.I feel like I'm constantly tired even though I get 7-9 hours of sleep every nightI eat very healthy and drink a lot of water, I also take vitaminsI sometimes feel weak and I have headaches throughout the day on a daily basisI am very active with gymnastics (I'm 16 btw)I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this but I'm constipated A LOT haha.What's going onnn?
