Question:

WHY are my floor tiles wetting through?

MY 2ND BATHROOM FLOOR STICK ON TILES ARMSTRONG TYPE ARE STARTING TO BLEED WATER THROUGH THE CRACKS , WHATS UP

Answer:

Peel and sticks aren't really going to stand up to bathroom use. They are better off used in a foyer or mudroom. Go with a single sheet of linolium or real tiles with grout!
Water has got down the cracks in the tiles and when you stand on the tiles the water is coming back out of the cracks due to any weight put on them.
Does your second bathroom have a wood or concrete floor? If it's concrete you may have water bleeding through the concrete. That means your outside drainage isn't working properly or there is a water leak under the house. This time of the year it's fairly common for drains to get frozen and other areas to start to melt. If you know where the outside drain runs out make sure its not frozen. If it's wood floor then someone has spilled water and not wiped it up. If you have a wood floor sitting on concrete it could be either answer. sorry sometimes answers become clear as mud
