I remember building a roller coaster last year. What those people used is actually a piping thing, it's made of styrophome (sorry 'bout the spelling) if you go to a local hard ware store or Home Depot or Lows just bring a picture. But I must warn you, that stuff doesn't work very good, it has a hard time staying in place. I'd go with some plumbing rubber type tubing instead, but it is more expensive than the styrofome stuff.
