Question:

why causes a divining rod to work with some people but not with others even though it may be wood or some non?

magnetic material???This is a real mystery--i can hold two copper 10 gauge wires that are bent on one end that i use to hold them while bent i an L shape with the longer end perpendicular to the ground. Then i walk east to west back forth, when i cross a water stream underground, the wires will cross like an x while i‘m holding them in this manner. We need a real genius to figure this out!!! Please step forward with your answer!!!

Answer:

Divining rods have never been proven to work, and underground water doesn't run in streams except under some dry river beds, in which case the presence of water can be inferred even without a divining rod. Furthermore, in most places, if you dig deep enough, you'll hit water anyway. No divining rod is needed. If you believe otherwise, check out the links. The first is specifically about dowsing (using divining rods to find water). The second details a $1,000,000 reward to anyone who can, among other things, successfully divine underground water under controlled conditions. Please step forward with your challenge.
