my experience, i know my neighbor will roar over a quite path at the same time every night, so i put some, or a lot of, branches and nails there. after one sort of crashing noise and some swearing, no moto noise anymore

Well I'm not sure my way is the best way, but if it were me, I'd leave an anonymous note saying they were disturbing the neighborhood. If they make noise at night, call the cops. Unfortunately the cops won't do much at 7:15. :/ Sorry, that's bs. Sounds like a jerk.
