You'll need 112 boxes / 4 boxes per layer = 28 layers at 14 each, or 392 b) boxes resting on 38 x 14 side covers 532 sq in. 3 boxes = 1596, and 1596 / 1920 = 83% efficient 38 x (14x3), all side by side. You'll need 112/ 3 = 37.3 layers, at 12 each, = 448 . This needs more pallets than a) c) boxes resting on 12 x 14 side covers 168 sq in. 1920 / 168 = 11.4 boxes. 11 x 168 = 1848 sq in. 1848 / 1920 = 96.25% efficient. But, how to arrange 11 boxes?
