Answer:

Sweet potatoes and corn have a good bit of fiberYou can also buy double fiber wheat bread at most grocery storesI buy it from time to time; it really doesn't taste much different from regular wheat breadIt has 5 grams of fiber per slice, so that's 10 grams in a sandwichIf you are a female, that's half of your daily requirement.
Fiber one has came out with many high fiber and tasty products this past yearFiber One yogurt (very good) and Fiber One granola bars are really yummy.
The best is psyllum husks (Metamucil)Foods though are cabbage, pears, and cereals, as others have stated.
All Bran, Fiber One, and Kashi Go Lean cereals have a tonLots of other whole grain cereals, breads, and pastas have moderate amountsBerries, beans, and other fruits veggies are also goodFlaxseeds and almonds are pretty goodOther nuts have some fiber (not too much)Fiber comes from plantsWhole foods from plants have fiberHighly processed foods that originate from plants (like.a twinkie, or white bread) tend to have very little fiberAnimal foods (meat, etc) do not have any fiber.
The kitten is 5 weeks old and should have been with it's Mom cat until it was at least 8 weeks oldKittens taken away from their Mom's too soon often will suck on materialIt comforts themUnless they are eating the material don't worry about it.
