Why does my aluminum foil have wrinkles?

Months ago, I used a glue stick for the panelsI used Elmer's school glue for another solar ovenI did not use 50/50 water and Elmer's school glueThe aluminum foil on the panels that I used the glue stick for, it made a wrinkle pattern like bricks fitting together.Why did the foil get wrinkles after I smoothed out all the wrinkles on all the panels after the glue dried? The panels that I used 2 different glues on (one glue for each panel) got wrinkles.

I make a similar recipeI add two eggs, a cup of bread crumbs or crushed crackers to the meat mixtureI don't fool with the foilIt sticks to everythingI'd freeze the raw patties in sandwich baggiesThen, I drop them four patties to a recycled plastic bag and put them back in the freezer (labeled and dated)I thaw them in the microwave or overnight in the fridge I either fry them in a skillet or bake on a rack in the ovenYes, add a slice of cheese about 3 minutes before you take them out of the oven or turn off the heat under the skillet and put a lid on the pan until the cheese meltsThere's nothing wrong with freezing these already cooked like your mom does itI've done it to take the burgers on camping trips all cookedI just like the flavor better when they are frozen raw.
Whatever you glued the foil onto (perhaps cardboard?) likely expands or contracts with temperature and humidity at a different rate than the foil itselfMy guess is that's what led to wrinklesBut I also think it won't affect the performance of your solar oven very much.
Hi: We always liked pizza burgers - take your hamburg recipe (thaw first) and cook, top with a slice or two of mozzarella or provolone cheese to meltHeat some jarred pizza sauce and toast a couple of burger buns - you can do that in another frypan.butter the buns and toast the cut side in the frypan until golden (around med low heat)Take cooked burgers and put them on toasted bottom bun, add a spoonful of pizza sauce and top with bun topyummy! If the kids or you are really adventurous, you can try curried meatFor 1/2 lb hamburg - mince 1/2 yellow onionCook onion and meat together until onion is softDrain fat from meat, it should be nice and crumbly and no longer pinkAdd 1 tablespoon Pataks mild curry pasteCook about 2 mins on med low and taste to see if it is to your liking - adding more curry if you needAdd a handful of frozen peas and cook on med low until peas are doneYou can also add mushrooms to this if you likeMy son loves this.
