First off you are asking in the wrong place for a technical answer. If you are concerned it is your right as a tax payer to validate the plans by going to city hall and requesting them to look over the plans. I use to sell security systems for ADT for 6 years and personally I would always ask my senior technician to help me design the system once it would begin to get more complicated.
full face helmet with tinted face shield OR get a full face helmet that has a clear face shield and a tinted visor that slides down kind of like a fighter pilot. I have both I like my tinted face shield better but it is awful for those few times that I rode at night OK in the city but iffy on the country roads. MY HJC flip up has a tinted visor that slides down the benefit of this is that when I'm out late the visor slides up inside my helmet. I find the HJC more noisy than my ZOX
