Why does Safari 3 for OSX still appear with a brushed aluminum interface?

I have downloaded the new beta, and i've re-installed it 3 x, including, running the uninstaller once and deleting safari 2Why does the interface still appear as brushed aluminum?Can anyone help? How do i correct this?

Its probably because there is a bug in the software, email apple about it and they should correct it in the next update.
