You could buy a black trenchcoat from the charity shop, heavy boots from the army surplus, a white shirt (with lace on the cuffs and down the front) and black jeans from Walmart (cut along the seam of the leg then sew them back together as tight as possible or use safety pins). Top hats are an indispensable accessory if you can get one.
