Actually our bodies' natural response to the ingestion of blood is to induce vomitingIn medicine vomiting, especially of coffee-grounds like vomit, can be a symptom of a digestive bleed.
It's not recommendable, as your blood actually has recycled elementsLike, they've been transported, used and re-used (you know, like when you breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dyoxide)So you're not getting as much nutrients as you should to be healthy (or even remotely active) and eventually your body would become weak and possibly you could dieI don't think it's possible to survive on blood alone, at least when it comes to human beings.
If it lives in the water and is an insect, there are water beetles (mentioned as 'water boatmen') who will chew and suck bloodOne generally feels those bitesthe only different undemanding insect (in the united kingdom) that's a carnivore is the dragon-fly larva, yet that may not adapted for piercing skin, so it does not harm a humanA leech isn't an insect in spite of the shown fact that it could chew without giving discomfort (it injects an anaesthetic so as that the guy bitten does not experience the chew) Mosquitos breed in water however the larvae do not chew, so mosquitoes do not possibly stay in wateri think of you should signify a leech.
Blood is the only thing you'd be having? There's no vitamins in blood, so you'd end up with several different deficienciesThere's also no fiber, so you would have several intestinal problemsAlso, there is no calcium, or other minerals, other than ironIn fact what you'd be getting is iron, proteins (types which are not broken down by human digestion) and some semi-basic water mixtureNo sodium, extremely little sugars for energy.
