I'm assuming it's because it has a lot of positive metal ions? Is there something i'm missing or is there more to it than that?
you need 25-35 grams of fiber a day breakfast eat a high fiber cereal(look on side of cereal box fiber one is high plus during the day eat 4 slices of wholegrain bread 3 servings of fresh fruit plus 1 potatoe or 1 cup of brown rice or 1/2 cup of whole grain pasta plus 3-4 servings of veggies plus 1 cup of bean soup or some other kind of bean type soup
