i dont really like food that has iron in it?is it important for my body
Iron is extremely important for your body. You definitely don't want to end up like me with a lack of iron deficiency. I get tired real fast, I'm always dizzy, migraines weekly and a bad case of anemia because I have extremely low iron. Now I have a daily regimen where I have to take iron pills twice a day in order to built my blood back up where it should be. I hope this helps. : )
