I bet somewhere there was a sign that said slow down, or a speed limit sign. People kept ignoring it, so they put in a speed bump. So it is because people are cruising at 35-40 in that area that they put in a speed bump. Hope it took out your oil pan, transmission pan, and bent your struts. Just think, it could have been a kid and not a speed bump.
