Why is one side of aluminum foil shiny and the other side dull?
If it's a round cake on a plate, you can turn your big stock pot upside down over itOr, you can slide the whole thing into the plastic bag and twist tie it closed.
if you want to leave it outside your fridge.try to find a bowl or pot large enough to cover it.but my best bet would be once cooled just put it in fridgemuch better and last longer
