Why is there no fitness requirement for police after the academy?

Out of shape cops are more prone to use lethal force because they can not run or physically handle the situation. They are less likely to help in dangerous situations. ( pull someone out of water) Firefighters have fitness requirements until the don't put on the fire suit. The fitness requirement in the academy is pretty low and yet some can not make it.

Answer:

Here's a rundown of what you can expect: Parking lots, residential areas with small lots (mobile home parks) and school zones 15 MPH Regular residential areas and business districts in cities/towns 25 MPH Other main streets or thoroughfares 25 MPH to 50 MPH (watch the signs) Freeways and highways in or around large cities 55 MPH Freeways in suburban or rural areas 65 MPH to 70 MPH Freeways in the state of Montana No speed limit during daylight hours You should also know that many states have laws requiring trucks to travel at slower speeds than cars on freeways, but most truck drivers ignore the lower speed limits
Why? Because the IS a God. Steeples are pagan structures which have no place on those buildings. I'd like to see them all get zapped.
take it apart and clean it; my mouse collects fuzzles and it stops working but once cleaned, it works good as new
That is a possible cause, but unless you have another mouse just like your problem mouse you will not be able to buy a new ball. The ball is easily cleaned with soapy water. A more likely cause of the problem in the wheels or rollers that the ball drives, dust and fibers can tangle in the roller and stop it from moving. Another possibility is a broken wire in the cable or failed electronics. In any of these cases a new mouse is probably your cheapest fix. A new mouse is cheep. An optical mouse can be purchased for $10 to $20, and they have no ball or other mechanical parts to fail, or become fouled with dirt, dust or lint.
