Answer:

I have stayed at my parents inlaw's farm all alone. The best thing is have a pet with you, put some music on. Stay busy, like watching something funny on tv, or play funny video games. When you get really scared, sing out loude. Find some relaxing music and play it when you go to sleep. Have your cell phone or home phone close to you. call a friend and if you need to call your friend again you just dial *69 and it will dial the last person you talked to. Read a happy book before bed time to change your mind to positive things. Check all the windows and doors. You will be fine. You are brave. Just think of the movie home alone, you can be creative to. If you realy think of a ghost just vision it as a cartoon ghost and it is usually a friendly one. Just talk to it, and tell it you are going to beat him up if he does not leave you alone, or you are going to call Ghost Busters!
hey im 21 and very scared of the dark and ghost.people laugh at me i sleep with a night light on still.what i do is turn all the lights on in the house and a radio and i put my dogs close to me thats if u have any.i would put a blanket by my parents bed and sleep also if they are there hey i would rather be uncomfortable sleeping then scared
Is your house haunted or are you just creeped out because you aren't in your own room? Honestly I have lived in a haunted house and after many nights of lost sleep I came to a realization. Who cares about ghosts, the dead can't hurt you. It's the living you have to watch out for. Someone try to break into my apartment a while back and it was way scarier than the old ghost. Ghosts are people, for the most part and they are usually focused on one thing or place. They aren't out to get you. And it's very rare for one to materialize. Mostly they just make noise. So let it go and relax, the only thing you have to worry about is your dog/cat licking your face while you sleep.
I use to have this problem, I would never sleep in my room, because I felt like something was watching me! Leaving the tv on helped me alot, or maybe playing the radio low. And I always slept with my back to the room, facing the back of the couch. And, nothing ever bothered me - never saw anything creepy, never heard anything. Snuggle in good and if you have a pet, take it with you. You'll be ok, I promise. And eventually, you won't be so scared anymore.
I know all dogs get locked-house and street dogs alike-and I'm pretty sure most of the other mammals do too but they are a little more private in their lovemaking so we just don't see them doing it. Dogs just love to share everything with us:)
