I noticed when I eat almonds, I go to the bathroom alot.I guess it is the fiber in it.So if I make sure to eat enough fiber everyday will I loose weight? (5ish pounds)
im sure others will tell you that to lose weight you will lose it everywhere so i will skip that oneAnyways, eat healthy.breakfast should be small :) not huge as many think, we dont go working in the fields all day anymore so we wont burn 1,000 cals before noonJust some fruit and a piece of toastHave a snack about 3 hour later or 1.5-2 hours before lunchIt can be a granola bar, nuts juice or a small sandwhichTry to go natural, as in no more junk food or packaged foods unless its extremely healthyLunch should be a nice whopping thing :) Like a huge sandwhich and salad or soupSalad and soup are great fillers to begin with before a meal because they fill you up and make you eat lessThe dressing on a salad should be olive oil and acidThe soup should always be broth based and only creamy once per week or bi weekly since your going for weight lossDinner should be similar to lunchof course you should have veggies and a starch or skip the starch for desert.and same thing with the soup/saladAnd you'll also want a snack 3 hours after lunch or 1.5-2hours beforeTry and not eat while cookingYour main course should be a lean meatDrink tons and tons of water! like 2 liters a day or two of those reusable water bottles that you buy at the storeIf you dont use those, opt for 4 of those recycleable ones since that equals 2 liters too2 liters8 glassesYou need to do cardio to burn the fat.but since your going for tonage, you wont be able to see the tonage without some fat gonedont go for the fake you see on tv cuz they are near death with real low bmi'si dont think thats what you mean but im just warning you anywaysJust strengthen them daily with something like a denise austin video-she is amazing and you sweat and gain muscle (without bulk) very quickly and it works! or youtube 8 minute abs/arms/legs/butt they can target what you needalso pilates dvd's work great Email me if you have any questions on anything i wrote :) Good Luck! IF you still want to lose weight (and I personally say you shouldn't because you look perfect as you are) then just go to the gym every once in a while and eat healthy food (cut out the sugary drinks it really makes a difference) that'll help you tone down]
High fibre diet is good but be aware that if you have not eaten a high fiber diet before, you will get the runny poops, lots of gas and possibly a tummy ache till your body adjustsAlso, if you eat a lot of almonds it could be athe extra fat in them that gets you going tooWhole grain food and lots of nuts etc taste so goodGood luck!
