Question:

will an regular umbrella work for lighting in a studio?

Me and my friends are trying to make a web show, and we want the lighting to look natural, and bright. I saw some professional lights online and are way too expensive. I noticed they were just lightbulbs behind a white umbrella! Is that true? Is that all I need to do for proper lighting? Thanks for all help!

Answer:

Get an electric alarm clock, they are not expensive.
the experience probably made her trust you more as you protected her, and so now she has bonded with you more and will probably continue to do so!! :)
she was probably happy that you did that after the alarm if not im not sure but you probably made her happy
She was very stressed out from the loud alarm and then being taken outside. I'd be freaked out too. So yes, she was looking for more attention. Watch her for the next couple of weeks because she could have delayed stress behaviors, like urinating outside the litterbox. Do not punish her if this happens. Hopefully it won't. If she does, you should get a Feliway diffuser. It plugs into the wall and emits a pheromone that only cats can smell. It has a calmative effect on cats. Not all cats respond to it however. Give it at least 2 months before deciding it doesn't work. I would also suggest investing in a cat carrier. It is safer than wrapping her in a blanket. If she freaks out in your arms outside you will not be able to hold her. Then good luck catching her before she gets hurt.
