I hope so! I know there will be iron man 3 next year with the mandarin. I loved iron man 1 and 2. I‘m excited for 3. I think if they make iron man 4, they should have Ultimo as the villain
Marvel decided to name (Iron Man ,Iron Man 2 ,Thor,The Incredible Hulk , Captain America, The Avengers) Wave 1 and now they are producing Wave 2 (Iron Man 3, Captain America 2:The Winter Soldier,Thor 2 :The Dark World,Ant Man,The Avengers 2) and Wave 3 is being developed with the possible movies being (Nick Fury,Doctor Strange,Untitled Hulk Movie,Black Panther,Hawkeye) so i think in that wave there will be a fourth sequel to Iron Man and also for Thor and Captain America and The Avengers.
Iron Man 1 and 2 made enough money. We can predict that Iron Man 3 will make enough money if it's decent, so yes, we can predict that there will be an Iron Man 4.
That's tricky. I'm sure they'll want to make an Iron Man 4, but they'll likely have to find another actor. Robert Downey Jr has said many times he signed on to the Marvel movies because he felt he had a window of about four or five years to do heavy action stuff before he was simply too old to keep it up. He was originally contracted to appear in four Marvel movies, and as of Iron Man 3 he's been in five (along with Iron Man 1 and 2, The Incredible Hulk, and The Avengers). There are already rumors that he could be replaced by War Machine in Avengers 2, or even someone else in the actual Iron Man suit. So Iron Man 4 depends on two things: Iron Man 3 making enough money to justify another sequel, and whether or not RDJ will be up for another go.
