say if i just eat tons of fiber all day, like %300 or more of my daily recommended value, and nothing else beside like clementines and sugar free jello, will i loose weight? or just keep weight off?will the fiber just cause me go to the bathroom so much it will make me loose weight? i know its probably unhealthy for me but trust me ive done a lot of unhealthy things for my body i think it will be fine, i also take a multi vitamin
