it's quite possible that you have bent shift forks in your transmission. But it's also possible that you have a worn shift drum, or even rounded dogs on the gears. The only true way to tell would be to take the transmission apart and begin checking these items. An easier fix to test is to simply change the oil in your transmission to something different. Something perhaps specifically motorcycle rated.
