Question:

windows and moon roof wont close and radio wont turn on?

I have a 03 explorer and the windows and moon roof wont go up and the radio wont turn on i checked all the fuses they are all good I don't know what it could be could someone tell me what it could be

Answer:

radio is fuse problem as for rest check on relays and you do know that modern cars have more then one fuse box i have 2 fuses for electric windows in my car and its a 1992 model
Check the fuse and ground connection. Make sure the fuse isn't blown. If it is, the wire isn't connected, replace it with the same color and number fuse. Make sure you don't have a loose ground connector. Several circuits run through the same fuse and ground connection. Before preforming any work on your vehicle disconnect the battery, remove the negative. This is to prevent electrical shock. To check the fuse, simply pull it out and see if the little metal wire in the plastic colored part is still in one piece. If it isn't, then it is blown. *** battery disconnected.*** To check the ground connection: Connect one lead of a continuity tester, to a good ground. The other lead connects to the ground connector you want to check. Watch for the light. Light on: Connection is good. Light off: connection is not working. That is the area you will want to check. I have been told it's the Kick panel. It's found under the dash of the front passenger's dash. I had to disconnect each of them and reconnect them just to make sure there wasn't any loose parts. When I first took a quick check I thought everything was tight. Just for kicks I unplugged each of them, including the 8 pin one, I think it's C-219. I also checked for water leaking in
did you check that fuses were getting power. use a test light on both sides of fuses. most all power windows get power from drivers side . see if getting power to drivers switch for windows dont know about moon roof. look for relays.
