how much value can new windows, new front lawn, and a new roof add to my home?
It could be substantial - many people are paying a premium for home in mint condition - at least in New York.
in a be conscious, no. i'm going to make your place greater marketable and greater beautiful even even though it won't upload to the fee of the residing house. the only component which will upload to the fee of the is including sq. pictures by including a room or changing a basement to residing area. Reroofing the residing house, changing residing house windows or carpet might make somebody a lot greater possibly to purchase the residing house because of the fact it could be much less maintainance down the line yet does no longer boost the fee of it.
The roof would probably be a few thousand dollars; the lawn and windows would make it more sellable as opposed to valuable.
Depends on the overall condition of the house. What the house was appraised at. How many windows, how much lawn was replaced and the roof's sq.ft. I would say w/o knowing, at least 50k. Roof alone was probably 7 to 10k.. am I close?
Depends on what type of windows that you have installed. If they are Low-E, argon filled triple paned insulated they will be worth a whole lot more then single paned aluminum windows. As for the lawn depends on how big it is and what type of grass. The roof would depend on how large it is too. Bottom line if you put in quality products you will see that it is worth more then you put in to it. About 10-15,000 from what your added comments reflect. Depends a lot on location also.
