Depends on what type of windows that you have installed. If they are Low-E, argon filled triple paned insulated they will be worth a whole lot more then single paned aluminum windows. As for the lawn depends on how big it is and what type of grass. The roof would depend on how large it is too. Bottom line if you put in quality products you will see that it is worth more then you put in to it. About 10-15,000 from what your added comments reflect. Depends a lot on location also.
