I am going to buy a 100 x 35 cm empty punching bag. It‘s made out of polyester. I read that bags can be filled from sand and rice to cloth. But I don‘t know where am I going to find enough cloth. I am also worried if the sand will be too hard and heavy. I will practice kickboxing on it .Will the bag rip? Any info would be useful. Thanks.
if your keeping it inside just keep in mind whatever will clean up better in case it leaks i know this doesnt answer your question just giving advice
