Well in my room im able to choose the flooring in it...Should i put in wood floors or carpet?do you like whts in your room or would you change it could you please write down falls and good qualites
1. Carpet is warmer in the winter. 2. Wood floors require more (and timely) maintenance as compared to carpet. Carpet is easier and more economical to maintain. 3. Color decoration more manageable with carpet. 4. Wood floors give a more formal appearance.
For a bedroom, carpet is the best option because when you get out of bed in the morning you're not going to want to step on a cold floor. Although you can buy rugs, some people don't like rugs. If it were up to me, I'd go with carpet. Wood floors are great for a kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. I would not, however, recommend them for a bedroom. I have carpeting in my bedroom and couldn't love it more.. Carpet all the way! :)
I have hardwood throughout my whole home and love it.
well, i have wood floors in my bedroom ( im 14) and i think it makes the room really pretty looking and more classy, plus you can really get your room clean ( like if you spill something it wont stain you just have to mop it up) although carpet is more comfortable i think wood flooring is a better choice. (:
I prefer wood over carpet everywhere. It's so much easier to maintain and you can choose great room size or throw rugs to change your decor when you want. Carpets are high maintenance and require constant vacuuming and steam cleaning. Hardwoods are easy to Swiffer for dust and clean with OrangeGlo hardwood polish and cleaner. Hardwoods are elegant also. I would opt for the hardwoods.
