Hi Jae. If you are concerned, chances are you are not alone. Many voices can be heard better than one. I'd consider talking point but getting a number of concened residents together and approach your city council and/or have a number of people call the cities safety director. Speed bumps may not be the first answer, but the city could certainly see that patrols are stepped up in the area. They may even put one of those speed/radar signs that show how fast you are traveling. Speed bumps and dips can present problems too, particularly with snow and ice removal if that's a need in your community. For all I know you could be in Southern Georgia and that's not an issue.
