Answer:

it's also kind of stupid that people try to get away with non payment or people that give a crap about what the custodial parent spends it on. if the kid is in danger, that's the only time something should be questioned. revoking deadbeat parents' driver's licenses seems to be one of the only ways to get their stupid *** attention.
I have never paid child support so it doesn't have any effect on me but I agree it is a dumb law and needs to be changed. I personally know a truck driver who had his CDL suspended for child support and cannot get a job doing the only type of work he has ever done. He was injured and could not work for a period while off he got behind and was trying to catch up when his license was suspended, the process is in the courts and will eventually be resolved but in the mean time he has no job. Contact your elected representatives and try to be the person who forces some change in the law.}{
Here's a thought: Pay your child support, keep your license, and you keep your job. But to change the law in any state or at the federal level, you contact your representative at that level of government and explain why you feel it's an unfair law. If they agree, they can draw up a bill and present it to the legislature, and if enough of them agree, they can pass it. Then it's up to the governor to decide if it should be a law or not. *EDIT* - If you feel your ex is not tending to the needs of the child, you can go to court and try to get custody yourself. But be warned: If you do this, you will not like what you are paying then. It will be a lot more than you were paying in child support.
An ore is a naturally-occurring substance from which it is economical to extract the element concerned. Now ancient people didn't know about economics! And until they discovered the reducing ability of hot charcoal, they couldn't reduce iron ore. So the overall answer is no.
