Hi. There is a rod with rubber rollers that grabs the paper on most printers. Clean the rollers with a q-tip and pure alcohol. This should get them to grab a single sheet again.
Took an owl to the chest once. I was riding down a country lane and marvelling at how this bird was flying along the ditch searching for prey so I slowed down and kept pace with it. All of a sudden it veered across the road in front of me. It hit me square in the chest and went over my shoulder. It must have survived because I went back to where I hit it and could not find anything except a few feathers.
