Gilroy Garlic Festival Dip 1 tall can Artichokes (drained and chopped) 6 cloves minced garlic 8 ounces sour cream 8 ounces cream cheese (cut into small blocks) 16 ounces (or 2 cups) Cheddar Cheese (can cut up into cubes or shred) 3 chopped green onions (green part included) 1 large Sourdough Bread Bowl 1 load sliced sourdough bread (small pieces - snack size) Aluminum Foil Mix everything together except sourdough which you will make into a carved out bread bowlPut dip inside the bread bowl and put bread lid back onDouble wrap in aluminum foil and bake in an oven 250 to 300 degrees for at least two hoursOpen up half way through cooking time and stir dip inside the bowlCover again with the foil and return to cooking for the last hour - or can go more until completely warm inside)Serve with the small pieces of bread - or can use cut up fresh veggies and/or chips)Good luck!
