My family and I are traveling to Italy for 3 weeks. We‘re going to be staying in Venice for 4 days (home base) and want to make day trips to the Dolomite‘s and Verona. I found a few trails:Bocca di Brenta to MolvenaSciliar through the CatinaccioOver the NuvolauBut I‘m unsure as to how we go about finding the trails, what the best ones really are, etc. I‘ve never gone abroad and hiked so I‘m really new to this and any and all help is welcomed!!! Venice (Venezia) actually needs number introduction, see getting there with hotelbye . This city has been a fabled destination for centuries. Just the title Venice is enough to conjure up a host of photographs, also for people who have not even collection base in Italy. From gondoliers in striped tops to the Rialto and the Bridge of Sighs, masked balls, wonderful barges, courtesans in gondolas and failing palaces experiencing roads made of water Venice is an incredible city. After the only bridge across the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge marks the location of the island's first settlement, called Rivus Altus and has become one of many plenty of place that Venice must offer.
