It?s pretty easy stuff!! check this outWhat you need to do first is identify that each sentence is in fact two sentencesThe way to notice this is to find the connectorAnd so, you have two sentence, S1: the main idea, S2: the complementary idea (the connector is part of the second sentence)If you read, or say, S1 by itself, it is a complete idea - it doesn?t need any help from other sentences to complete its idea: it is an independent sentenceS2, on the other hand, is a dependent sentenceRead it and you will notice is is an incomplete idea - remember the connector is part of S2Here is an example with the first sentence|.S1.|[ The elevator will not move ] [ (unless) both doors are closed] S1 is a complete idea by itself - an independent sentenceS2 is a dependent sentence - you read it with the connector and it depends on another sentence to complete its idea So, for your exercise, you need to underline S2; the dependent sentenceThe teacher wants you to be able to notice the parts of a complex sentence (S1 connector S2).
if its the clean up your worried about why not line the baking pan with the foil then all you have to do is toss it when you are doneBut if you want to make a pan out of foil you first form the shape of the pan you want out of the foil and then add 2 or 3 more layers of foil over the whole thing to create a pan thick enoughIts cheaper to go to the dollar store and buy some aluminum foil pans
