How Can I Make My Truck Faster?
I own a shop, a race car truck, and build racing enginesAs I'm sure you have found out already, you are going to be hard pressed to do much to your vehicle due to the computerIf it was me, I would look into installing a lower gear in the rear end, adding a good set of headers, dual exhaust with at least 2 1/2 inpipesYou are correct with going with an LS-1 cam, but you will also need to go with a different set of heads that has better flowing propertiesYou won't be able to get too radical with the cam, but I would suggest talking to a technician with one of them such as Comp Cams, or Crane Cams, and consider installing a computer friendly cam kitThe kit comes with cam, lifters, valve springs, and timing chain setYour selection depends a lot on the gear you will be running in the rear end, so be prepared to answer many questions concerning your vehicle when you talk to themAlso; a company named Edelbrock has some package deals that should make your truck get up the roadOnce you decide to go with a different cam, you will then need to start thinking about larger fuel injectors and throttle bodyI'm sure you can find what you need, and you will be amazed at the power you can get from your truckGlad to help out, Good Luck!!!
About two weeks at room temperature but it may get a little dry after a weekIt will stay fresh longer if you place the brownies in a vacuum sealed bag or in the fridgeBear in mind though that if placed in the fridge, the brownie will get a little dry as wellIt won't harm the taste, just dry it a little.
