Question:

how to remove lime deposits on copper pipes?

blue corrosion

Answer:

probably copper sulphate deposits - copper equivalent of rust. Harmless. Use wire wool.
CLR will clean the oxidation but you may want to inspect for any leaks. If it's a valve or a connection where this is happening, chances are it's from a leak.
