You are going to put a 2x4(or6) on the floor as a bottom plate. Your studs will be nailed to the plate. Use construction glue to fasten the plate to the floor. It takes a bit longer to set up than the nails, but it works if the floor is clean and dry. If you are really worried about it, fasten some of the studs to the wall.
