Is it legal for neighbour to park on the street beside fire hydrant they have 2 cars behind car blocking fire hydrant and 3 cars park ahead of car blocking fire hydrant. I left them a note on wind shield they should not be blocking fire hydrant and that every minute counts ,that having access to this fire hydrant is vital.However they resumed blocking the fire hydrant again. I am concern if fire starts lives can be lost,property can go up in flames quicker, from fire hydrant being blocked.What can be done to make them move their cars .? Thanks guys
is it normal for NORMAL STABLE DOGSnodogs have furthey have no need for clothes if you have a neurotic mess on your hands.the feeling of having something around it might help it a bit.but there is nothing NORMAL about it
Use heavy grade/duty lining paper and don't bother leaving a gap between lengths. Just take care when joining them. To leave a gap then fill is the lazy way. Take your time and take a bit pride in the job. Always remember the quality of the finished job is in the preparation. If you don't fill and sand the wall before applying the paper, all the faults will show. When papering a room, always paper away from the natural light source as much as possible. If you do this, any overlaps you may have on the joints will not cast the tiniest shadow which makes the joint more obvious. This goes for patterned wallpaper not just lining paper. I've lined walls many times in preference to getting a plasterer in and have been complimented on the finish quality every time.
